Testing and Commissioning services for power equipment

We have a dedicated team which undertakes testing and commissioning activities for various equipment like Circuit breaker (CB), Current transformer (CT), Potential Transformer (PT), Capacitive Voltage transformer (CVT), Isolator, Surge arrestor, Transformers / ICT, MV switchgear etc for various Substations upto 765 kV level including e-bop projects.

Protection and Automation systems

Our relay division has a separate team which undertakes testing and commissioning activities for all type of relays from various leading manufacturers like (ABB, SIEMENS, SIFANG, NR Electric, SEL, GE, ERL, etc) and SCADA equipment. Our Automation team can handle IEC 61850 signal configuration, Integration and Goosing between IEDs, SCADA co-ordination and SCADA commissioning. We also handle PLC & HMI Programming, commissioning and Servicing.

Design and system Studies

The Design and Engineering department provides quality engineering service to the major customers in the Transmission, Distribution and Power plant area. Our Engineers are well qualified and also handle other activities like Load flow analysis, Protection Audit, Fault Analysis, Relay setting calculation, Adequacy checks, Equipment sizing etc.

Retrofitting and Refurbishment activities

We undertake retrofit and refurbishment activities of old & aging installations. Our team can handle all type of activities like dismantling old equipment, Cut outs, new wiring, mounting of new equipment and final commissioning.

Annual & Routine Maintenance and Testing

We are having one separate division for undertaking all types of Annual and Routine Maintenance activities.

Monitoring & Diagnostics

We Provide Installation and Commissioning services for Dissolved gas Analysers (DGA) for transformers / reactors of all ratings.

Consultancy services

The activities of consultancy division include providing turnkey solutions for projects, project management, Energy audits, inspections, certifications etc. We have BEE Certified Energy Auditors for undertaking energy auditing.

Manufacture of Panels and Power equipment
